Thank you for shopping with BYMO! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your backpack for any reason, we offer the following return policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: You may return your backpack within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
  2. Condition: The backpack must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Returns of backpacks that show signs of wear or have been used may not be accepted.
  3. Proof of Purchase: Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

How to Return

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the backpack if applicable.
  2. Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the backpack back to us.

Refunds

  1. Processing Time: Once we receive your returned backpack, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  2. Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your backpack for a different model or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
